Accessibility Statement
SoulMen (VendorReady) is a document-review tool built for MEP subcontractors, fit-out contractors, facilities-management companies, and construction suppliers preparing UAE tender submission packages. We want the product to be usable by everyone on your team, including people who use assistive technology.
Conformance target
We are working toward WCAG 2.1 Level AA. This is a target we are actively building against, not a certification we hold today — we have not commissioned an independent audit or VPAT. If your organization requires a formal VPAT for a procurement process, contact us and we will discuss timeline and scope.
What we've done so far
- A visible focus indicator on every interactive element, in both light and dark themes.
- Keyboard-operable dialogs (confirmation prompts trap focus and close on Escape).
- Labelled form fields across the app's core flows (audit intake, team management, settings).
- Reduced-motion support: the app respects your operating system's "reduce motion" setting.
- Semantic table markup (column headers, captions) on the app's data tables.
Known gaps
- The review workspace (`/review/[id]`) is a two-pane, desktop-oriented layout. It currently expects a wider viewport to show the source document and the checklist side by side. A narrower layout for this screen is planned but not yet available — on a small screen, expect to need to scroll or zoom.
- Some secondary admin surfaces have not yet had a full assistive-technology pass (screen reader testing, colour-contrast verification against a real checker, and automated accessibility testing in CI are in progress, not complete).
- We have not yet published a full VPAT (Voluntary Product Accessibility Template).
